Check-in is guaranteed from 15:00.
If your accommodation is ready before 15:00, you are welcome to check in earlier. Contact the reception to see if this is possible. If not, you can leave your luggage at the reception until your accommodation is ready.
You can check in after the reception has closed. We will inform you how to check in.
Check-out takes place until 11:00 at the latest on the departure day.
Depending on the availability, late check-out may be offered. Please contact the reception to arrange it.
Our online booking system shows the maximum occupancy for each room category at Simloc Drottninggatan. At Simloc Norrbacka, we offer single rooms only, and Simloc Lugnetvägen has various rooms accommodating up to four people.
For safety reasons, Simloc always needs to know the exact number of guests staying in each accommodation. If you are a larger group, please contact us, and we will help you find the room type that best suits your needs.
We have two baby beds available at the hotel at no extra charge. Please book in advance by contacting the reception.
We have a limited number of extra beds for children at Simloc Drottninggatan. Please contact the reception to make a reservation. An extra fee of 150 SEK per night/per extra bed will be added.
In order to book a room at Simloc, you must be 18 years of age or older. During the spring and fall market (week 10 and week 40) you need to be 30 years old or older.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Diners and Amex.
We have a summer café and restaurant from June 12th until the end of August 2024 at Simloc Lugnetvägen 18. For more information, please see under restaurant. At other times of the year, we only serve breakfast at our hotels.

Please note that the breakfast hours may vary on public and major holidays, which you will be informed about upon check-in.
Absolutely, everyone is welcome to enjoy breakfast at our hotel. Please call our reception to book in advance. Price: 100 SEK per person.
We are always grateful to be informed of any allergies or special dietary requirements in advance to ensure we have that little extra for all our guests.
For those departing before breakfast service, we offer a breakfast bag or tray. The breakfast will be placed in your refrigerator the night before. Early breakfast orders must be placed no later than 12:00 the day before departure.
All our rooms and public areas are non-smoking. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited indoors. If smoking occurs indoors, you will be charged a fee of 2,000 SEK per infringement.
Outside all three of our hotels, you will find designated smoking areas where smoking is permitted.

Yes, Simloc Drottninggatan has a fitness room with a treadmill and a cross-trainer on the ground floor.
All our hotels feature a relaxation area with a sauna. You can start the sauna yourself (we recommend to do so about 30 minutes before use).
We offer free parking at all three hotels, conveniently located near the main entrances.
During winter, we ask those who do not need electricity to park in spaces without electrical outlets.
Yes, as a guest, you can charge your electric car in our parking areas, subject to availability.
All three hotels have a guest laundry room where you can book a time to do your laundry. The guest laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack.
Yes, in case of an alarm, follow the instructions in the evacuation plan located on your door or in the corridors. There are emergency exits on each floor, marked with green exit signs.
The assembly point is in the parking lot by the storage area.
