As a guest at Simloc Drottninggatan, you can choose from our 32 uniquely decorated apartments, available for booking all-year-round since 2013.
Simloc Drottninggatan is a favourite among our guests for its spacious apartments, ranging from 30 to 64 square metres, making it suitable for both solo travellers and families. The hotel’s excellent location is right in the center of Arjeplog, with a gym, grocery stores, and restaurants within 100 metres.
Simloc Norrbacka, with its 42 single rooms, was purchased and renovated during the 2018/2019 season. While all the rooms are the same size, each one has its own style, just like the rooms at Simloc Drottninggatan.
This hotel is an ideal choice for long-term stays, where guests can cook and socialise in the shared kitchen or living room upstairs.
Located by the water, Simloc Lugnetvägen offers a peaceful and harmonious environment, yet it is still within walking distance to the center. The hotel consists of two buildings with 19 apartments and rooms, each accommodating up to two people, as well as a restaurant that is open in the summer starting June 2024.
Simloc Lugnetvägen is suitable for conferences, training sessions, or camps from April to November, and during these months we welcome group inquiries.
