Simloc Norrbacka, with its 42 single rooms, was purchased and renovated during the 2018/2019 season. Although all the rooms are the same size, each one is decorated in its own unique style, just like Simloc Drottninggatan. Every room is equipped with a 120 cm wide bed, TV, desk, WC with shower, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The hotel is an excellent option for long-term stays, for friends or colleagues who wish to have their own rooms but also want to socialise in the two shared kitchens or in the living room. Guests have free access to the relaxation area with a sauna, the communal laundry room, Wi-Fi, and parking with engine heaters.
